The Basin Program is a federal/state partnership that has supported more than 200 projects throughout the Great Lakes region since 2002.

The Basin Program is coordinated by the Great Lakes Commission in partnership with the U.S. Department of Agriculture (Natural Resources Conservation Service), U.S. Environmental Protection Agency and the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers.
