Earth Day: Butler, Lawrence PA CleanWays Sponsoring Student Placemat Art Contest

PA CleanWays of Butler-Lawrence Counties is now accepting submissions for its litter and recycling Placemat Art Contest illustrating the impacts of improper waste disposal and illegal dumping on drinking water. Entries are due by April 30. Winning artwork will be used on 50,000 placemats to be distributed to local restaurants.
The contest is open to youths from 8 to 18 years old in Butler and Lawrence counties. Download contest rules and judge's evaluation form.
