Fish & Boat Commission To Lease Waterways For Marcellus Drilling

The Fish and Boat Commission this week said it will lease waterways for Marcellus Shale drilling to raise funds for much-needed repairs to Commission-owned dams. About 14,000 acres of waterways have the potential for Marcellus Shale development.
            The Commission said it needs $78 million to repair or replace 16 dams which are classified as high risk.
