Corbett: Using Inmates To Work In Parks Better Than Natural Gas Tax, Fee Bill Coming

The Times Leader in Wilkes-Barre reported Friday on Gov. Tom Corbett's visit to Frances Slocum State Park where the Governor said he would like to put more inmates from state prisons to work in State Parks rather than impose another tax on the natural gas drilling industry.

The newspaper said the Governor would consider an impact fee and his office is drafting a proposal.
