Oil Company Profits Tax: House Bill 1834 (D.Evans-D-Philadelphia) establishing an Oil Company Gross Profits Tax.

Drilling Fee: House Bill 1865 (Schroder-R-Chester) establishing a Marcellus Shale well drilling fee to fund improvements to roadways damaged by drilling operations.

Marcellus Revenue Sharing: House Bill 1870 (Boback-R-Columbia) establishing the Marcellus Revenue Share Act imposing a drilling fee to fund improvements to roadways damaged by drilling operations.
