House Sets Votes On Marcellus Shale Drilling Bill For Monday, Tuesday
|
|
The House is scheduled to take a final vote Tuesday on House Bill 1950 (Ellis-R-Butler) amending the Oil and Gas Act to include additional environmental protection measures for Marcellus Shale drilling, a county-optional drilling impact fee and additional transfers from the Oil and Gas Fund.
There are now 100 amendments filed to House Bill 1950 to be debated and voted on Monday, November 14, according to the House Republican voting schedule.
