Committees

House: the Finance Committee meets to consider House Bill 2087 (Major-R-Susquehanna) re-establishing DCNR's Oil and Gas Lease Fund into which all royalties from oil and gas leases on any land owned by the Commonwealth, except for Game and Fish and Boat Commission lands, are to be placed and appropriated to DCNR and providing a transfer of 5 percent of the royalties to DEP for the propose of funding projects to reduce flooding, prevent stream bank erosion and restore degraded stream channels, House Bill 490 (M.Smith-D-Allegheny) establishing a green roof tax credit; the House Democratic Policy Committee hearing on electricity reliability. <>  Click Here for full House Committee Schedule.
