Bills On Governor's Desk

The following bills were given final approval by the Senate and House and are now on the Governor's desk for action.
Marcellus Well Emergencies: Senate Bill 995 (Baker-R-Luzerne) requiring the posting of 911 information at Marcellus Shale wells. Gov. Corbett signed the bill into law February 2 as Act 9. Bicycle Safety: House Bill 170 (Miller-R-York) further providing for bicycle safety and operating motor vehicles. A summary and House Fiscal Note are available. Gov.
