Looking For Something Exciting To Do In May And June? Go On A River Sojourn

The PA Organization for Watersheds and Rivers now has a list of river sojourns scheduled around the Commonwealth in May and June.
What's a sojourn?  It's a paddling trip lasting from one or more days down a river or stream where participants learn about their watershed and how to protect it.  It's also a great opportunity to learn canoeing or kayaking skills for students and adults.
Sojourn season typically runs from May through September, and you can choose whether to paddle just one day or the whole trip.
Here's a list of sojourns coming up:
-- Swatara Creek – May 5 to 6
-- Allegheny-Kiskiminetas-Conemaugh Rivers – May 17 to 20
-- West Branch of the Susquehanna – May 20 to 24
-- Kiskimenitas-Conemaugh Rivers Sojourn – May 31 to June 3
-- Schuylkill River – June 2 to 8
-- Perkiomen Creek – June 9
-- Juniata River – June 15 to 20
-- Stonycreek River of the Year Celebration – June 16
-- Lehigh River June 22-25
-- Delaware River – June 24 to 30
