Bills Introduced

The following bills of interest were introduced this week--

Well Communications: House Bill 2312 (Milne-R-Chester) requiring well gas well operators to install communications equipment at each well site.

High Hazard Dams: House Bill 2307 (Gibbons-D-Beaver) using monies from the Oil and Gas Fund to finance reconstruction of Fish and Boat Commission high hazard dams.

Metals Theft: House Bill 2358 (Davis-D-Bucks) further providing for scrap material theft prevention.

Stream Cleanup: House Bill 2359 (Causer-R-Cameron) directing the Environmental Quality Board to establish guidelines for the removal of flood debris and stream clearing activities.
