The Department of Environmental Protection is inviting comments on proposed Total Maximum Daily Load Plans for these watersheds-- Hoffer Creek Watershed in Snyder County; Montour Run Watershed in Columbia and Montour counties; and Mud Run Watershed in Columbia County.
