Bills Introduced

The following bills of interest were introduced this week--

Ethane Plant Incentives: House Bill 2493 (White-D-Washington)  would impose a small surtax on the production of natural gas for a new Energy Employment Legacy Fund to provide incentives for the location of ethane plants.

Waste To Energy AEPS Credits: Senate Bill 1568 (Folmer-R-Lebanon) moving waste-to- energy facilities into Tier I of the Alternative Energy Portfolio Standards.
