High Performance Buildings: Senate Bill 1567 (McIlhinney-R-Bucks) further authorizing high performance building grants for small business construction by the Commonwealth Financing Authority.

Quecreek Anniversary: Senate Resolution 341 (Kasunic-D-Somerset) commemorating the 10th anniversary of the Quecreek Mine Rescue in Somerset County was adopted by the Senate.

Emissions Inspection: House Resolution 801 (Petrarca-D-Westmoreland) memoralizing Congress to reevaluate the vehicle emissions inspection program.
