The Pennsylvania Resources Council has scheduled a series of Backyard Composting, Worm Composting, Rain Barrel and Healthy Body, Healthy Home, Healthy Planet Workshops beginning on August 28.

Workshop participants will receive everything they need to set up their own backyard compost bin, compost kitchen scraps with worms, build and install a rain barrel or make their own non-toxic cleaning products.

The workshops will include--

-- Worm Composting Workshop: August 28

-- Backyard Compostins Workshops: September 29, October 6, 11, 23

-- Rain Barrel Workshops: September 15, October 6

-- Healthy Body, Home Plant Workshops: October 10, November 3
