The House Game & Fisheries and Environmental Resources and Energy Committees will hold a joint information meeting on August 27 to hear a presentation by the Game Commission on its oil and gas lease program.

The meeting will be held at the Ramada Inn, 101 S. Progress Ave., Pottsville starting at 9:00 a.m.

Rep. Ron Miller (R-York) serves as Majority Chair of the House Environmental Resources and Energy Committee and Rep. Greg Vitali (D-Delaware) serves as Minority Chair.

Rep. Martin Causer (R-Cameron) serves as Majority Chair of the House Game and Fisheries Committee and Rep. Gary Haluska (D-Cambria) serves as Minority Chair.
