The Department of Environmental Protection published notice extending the comment period for the in-lieu of fee program for aquatic resources to June 23 and notice of proposed changes to the blaster’s license suspension and revocation procedure technical guidance.

DEP also published notice of certification requests under the Nutrient Credit Trading Program, notice of hearings and comment period for proposed revisions to the Infrastructure State Air Quality Implementation Plans for the 8-hour ozone standard.

The Susquehanna River Basin Commission published notice of final regulations for review of water withdrawal requests.

DEP ID: 562-2402-501. Title: Blaster's License Suspension and Revocation Procedure. Description: This guidance is a substantial revision to an existing guidance document and explains the new, more transparent procedure for the suspension, modification or revocation of blaster's licenses and/or penalty assessment actions.
