The House Environmental Resources and Energy Committee Wednesday amended and reported out House Bill 2264 (Miller-R-York) increasing nuclear power plant fees.  The bill was then referred to the House Rules Committee as all bills are this time of year.

Rep. Ron Miller (R-York) serves as Majority Chair of the Committee and Rep. Greg Vitali (D-Delaware) serves as Minority Chair.
