The Department of Environmental Protection published notice of final technical guidance-- Land Recycling Technical Guidance Manual Section V-Related Documents of Interest.

Final: DEP ID: 253-0300-100. Title: Land Recycling Technical Guidance Manual Section V—Related Documents of Interest. Description: Section V—Related Documents of Interest is one section of the larger Land Recycling Program Technical Guidance Manual (Manual). The purpose of the Manual is to assist remediators with how to best approach site characterization, remediation and demonstration of attainment and satisfy the requirements of Act 2.
