Technical Guidance & Permits

The Department of Environmental Protection published notice of 2015 allocation of nitrogen oxide and sulfur dioxide allowances.

DEP also published notice of a federal Coastal Zone Management consistency determination concerning a notice by the National Marine Fisheries Service of changes to the Guidelines for National Standard 1, 3 and 7. 

The Fish and Boat Commission published notice of changes to the List of Wild Trout Streams and List of Class A Wild Trout Waters.
