The Department of Environmental Protection published notice of an alternative option to comply with nitrogen oxide emission limit requirements for non-electric generating units, including the right to appeal recent allocations of credits.

DEP also published notice of proposed technical guidance dealing with community and transient non-community drinking water systems (see below).

The Governor’s Office published notice the January 26, 2015 disaster emergency declaration is now terminated in the April 4 PA Bulletin.

The Public Utility Commission published notice of a Secretarial Letter relating to the implementation of timelines for Electric Distribution Companies plans for seamless moves and instant connects.

The Department of Community and Economic Development published notice of the proposed 2015-16 Weatherization Assistance Plan and an April 14 public hearing on the plan.

DRAFT DEP ID: 383-0400-114. Title: Pennsylvania's Capability Enhancement Program. Description: This document provides guidance to all community, nontransient noncommunity and transient noncommunity drinking water systems and Department staff on the guidelines and procedures for implementation of Pennsylvania's Capability Enhancement Program.

The purpose of this document is to establish a rational methodology to implement, track and allocate appropriate resources needed to meet Federal requirements for a State capacity development strategy for all public water systems.

Substantive revisions are proposed to the guidance to facilitate more effective use of grant funds from the U.S.  Environmental Protection Agency by incorporating principles for long-term sustainability.
