The Environmental Quality Board Wednesday approved a final regulation setting VOC emission standards for fiberglass boat manufacturing (of which there are none in Pennsylvania) and a proposed regulation making changes to the remining program requirements.

The Fish and Boat Commission published notice of the addition of one stream to the List of Class A Wild Trout Waters and additions to the List of Wild Trout Streams.
