On September 15 the Environmental Quality Board will consider regulations related to explosives, radioactive materials and coal remining requirements, including--

-- Proposed Handling And Use Of Explosive Regulation Changes

-- Final Regulations: Security Rule For Radioactive Material

-- Updated Proposed Regulations Covering Remining Requirements

The meeting will be held in Room 105 Rachel Carson Building in Harrisburg starting at  9:00.  For copies of the regulations to be considered, visit the Environmental Quality Board webpage.

The Department of Conservation and Natural Resources published notice of final regulations in the September 5 PA Bulletin consolidating Chapters 21 and 23 related to State Forests into a new Chapter 21.
