The following bills of interest were introduced this week--

Local Water Withdrawals: Senate Bill 992 (Dinniman-D-Chester), Senate Bill 993 (Dinniman-D-Chester), Senate Bill 994 (Dinniman-D-Chester) authorizing consideration of local water withdrawal regulation in Delaware and Susquehanna River Basin Commission reviews.

AEPS Landfill Gas: Senate Bill 1009 (Yaw-R-Lycoming) refining the definition of landfill gas in the Alternative Energy Portfolio Standard to authorizing the use of net metering at municipally-owned landfills.

Killing Oil & Gas Regulations: Senate Bill 1011 (Hutchinson-R-Venango) prohibiting the Environmental Quality Board from finalizing and adopting certain conventional oil and gas drilling regulations.
