DEP: Jan. 4 Hearing On Jessup Power Plant Wastewater Discharge Lackawanna County

The Department of Environmental Protection has scheduled a meeting and hearing on a proposed NPDES wastewater discharge permit for the 1,500 MW natural gas power plant in Jessup, Lackawanna County.
