The Nine Mile Run Watershed Association in Allegheny County has set out on the ambitious Rosedale Runoff Reduction Project to reduce stormwater overflow into the Nine Mile Run stream.

Once completed, the Project is predicted to reduce overflow by 5 million gallons a year. It will alleviate not only pollution issues for the stream, but also flooding and blighted areas in local neighborhoods.

This project demonstrates NMRWA's regional commitment to stormwater management.
