DEP Invites Comments On Chapter 102 Permits For Sunoco’s Mariner II East Pipeline

The Department of Environmental Protection published notice in the August 6 PA Bulletin it is now reviewing the Chapter 102 Erosion Control and Sedimentation General Permit applications at three of its regional offices for Sunoco’s Mariner II East Pipeline project (page 4892).

Comments are due September 6.  Instructions for submitting comments are in the notices.

On July 9, DEP published notice it scheduled 5 public hearings on the Chapter 105 Water Obstruction and Encroachment permits needed for the project.  Click Here for those details.
