The Public Utility Commission published notice in the November 19 PA Bulletin of the final Order implementing the Alternative Energy Portfolio Standards related to net metering and other purposes (PA Bulletin page 7277). A comment and response document was also published along with a memo from the Office of Attorney General on the regulation.
