National Wildlife Federation Photo Contest Accepting Entries, Past PA Winners

The National Wildlife Federation is now accepting entries for its 46th Annual Photo Contest.  The deadline for entries is March 20.

There is a grand prize of $5,000 and cash prizes to first- and second-place winners in each of seven categories: Baby Animals, Backyard Habitats, Birds, Landscapes and Plants, Mammals, Other Wildlife, People in Nature.

Pennsylvania photographer Sandra Rothenberg from Warren was a 2015 winner of the contest in the mammals category (left photo) and Kim Steininger of Chadds Ford was a 2005 Grand Prize winner (right photo).

Winners will also be published either in print or online and receive other recognition.
