Michael LaSala from LandStudies will be the primary presenter at the July 12 MS4 Stormwater Management Program Workshop in Allentown from 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.

Workshop participants will--

-- Understand stormwater permit requirements and procedures for small MS4s;

-- Determine when a TMDL plan or nutrient/sediment Pollutant reduction plan is required;

-- Comply with Phase II program requirements;

-- Develop program components of a stormwater management program (SWMP) and establish program goals; and

-- Review elements of an SWMP, including minimum control measures and best management practices.
