Clinton County CleanScapes, Castanea Township, Fire Company No.1 and Lock Haven University students will collect litter and tires from land adjacent to the Rail Trail on October 28 from 9:30 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. Click Here for a flyer on the cleanup event.
