Game Commission Webinar: Ruffed Grouse Contracting West Nile Virus Feb. 15

The Game Commission will host a webinar on February 15 on the Commission research that found ruffed grouse, Pennsylvania’s state bird, are contracting West Nile Virus and the impact it is having on grouse populations.

Game Commission Grouse Biologist Lisa Williams will discuss West Nile Virus, its impact on Pennsylvania grouse, and management actions being undertaken to stack the deck in favor of grouse recovery.
