The Department of Environmental Protection published notice in the March 31 PA Bulletin inviting comments on Air Quality General Permits 5, 5A and changes to the Air Quality Permit Exemptions List for unconventional natural gas well, compressor stations, processing plants and transmission stations.  Click Here for more.
