Regulations -----------------------

The Environmental Quality Board published notice in the August 11 PA Bulletin of final regulations on the control of VOC emissions from industrial cleaning solvents, aerospace manufacturing and rework and additional RACT requirements for major sources of NOx and VOCs.

The Fish and Boat Commission published notices in the August 11 PA Bulletin of proposed additions and revisions to the list of Wild Trout Streams and proposed changes to the list of Class A Wild Trout Waters for comment.
