Here are highlights of actions taken by agencies on environmental regulations, technical guidance and permits. Regulations ----------------------- The Department of Labor and Industry published notice of the updated version of the PA Uniform Construction Code in the November 3 PA Bulletin. Pennsylvania Bulletin - November 3, 2018 Technical Guidance ------------------- No new technical guidance was published this week. Permits ------------ Note: The Department of Environmental Protection published 60 pages of public notices related to proposed and final permit and approval/ disapproval actions in the November 3 PA Bulletin - pages 6994 to 7054. The Department of Environmental Protection published notice in the November 3 PA Bulletin of the availability of the NPDES General Permit for Discharges from Petroleum Product contaminated Groundwater Remediation Systems (PAG-05).
