DEP Invites Comments On Acid Rain Permit For Jessup Natural Gas Power Plant, Lackawanna County

The Department of Environmental Protection invites comments on a proposed Acid Rain Air Quality Permit for the Lackawanna Energy Center natural gas power plant in Lackawanna County (Dec. 1 PA Bulletin, page 7460)

All pertinent documents used in the evaluation of the application are available for public review during normal business hours at the Department’s Northcentral Regional Office, 2 Public Square, Wilkes-Barre, PA 18711. Appointments for scheduling a review must be made by calling 570-826-2511.
