DEP To Hold July 17 Hearing [If Requested] On Lord Corp. RACT II Air Quality Plan In Crawford County

The Department of Environmental Protection is inviting comments and will hold a hearing on the RACT II Air Quality Plan for the Lord Corporation facility in Saegertown Borough, Crawford County on July 17, if a hearing is requested. (June 1 PA Bulletin, page 2785)

The hearing will be held starting at 10:00 a.m. at the DEP Regional Office, 230 Chestnut Street in Meadville.

To request a hearing, to register to speak at a hearing, or to inquire if a hearing will be held, contact Matthew Williams at 814-332-6131. The last day to pre-register to speak at a hearing, if one is held, will be July 10, 2019. If DEP dos not receive any pre-registered speakers by this date, the hearing will be canceled.
