The Union County Conservation District is accepting applications for the position of Regional Chesapeake Bay Engineer, serving the Middle Susquehanna Valley-- Centre, Clinton, Columbia, Luzerne, Lycoming, Montour, Northumberland, Synder and Union counties.

This position plans, designs, and implements best management practices to solve environmental problems related to nutrient management and water quality on agricultural operations.

Bachelor degree in Civil or Agricultural Engineering or a related field required. CAD, Survey, Timber frame or Concrete Foundation Construction experience a plus.

Engineer-In-Training (EIT) Certificate required within one year of employment. Valid PA Driver’s License required.

The position requires an immediate fill and is located in Lewisburg, Pennsylvania. This is a county position with medical, dental, vision and a retirement plan.
