Here are highlights of actions taken by agencies on environmental regulations, technical guidance and permits. Regulations ----------------------- No new regulations published this week. Pennsylvania Bulletin - October 12, 2019 Technical Guidance ------------------- The Public Utility Commission published notice in the October 12 PA Bulletin inviting comments on proposed changes to the test it uses to evaluate the costs and benefits of electric utility Act 129 Energy Efficiency and Conservation Plans. Permits ------------ The Department of Environmental Protection published notice in the October 12 PA Bulletin of changes to the list of companies certified to perform radon-related activities (page 6024). Note: The Department of Environmental Protection published 60 pages of public notices related to proposed and final permit and approval/ disapproval actions in the October 12 PA Bulletin - pages 5967 to 6027.
