House Environmental Committee OKs Bill Allowing Longer Shale Gas Drilling Laterals

On October 22, the House Environmental Resources and Energy Committee unanimously amended and reported out Senate Bill 694 (Yaw-R-Lycoming) allowing for the accounting of natural gas production across longer Shale gas laterals.

The bill now goes to the full House for action.
