DEP Invites Individuals, Groups To Submit Data To Help Review Water Quality Standards For Tohickon Creek Tributary In Bucks County

The Department of Environmental Protection invites individuals and groups to submit technical data that would be helpful in its review of the water quality standards for a tributary to the Tohickon Creek in Bucks County (formal notice)

The tributary known as UNT 03181 is in Haycock, East Rockhill, West Rockhill and Richland Townships in Bucks County. The evaluation of UNT 03181 to Tohickon Creek is being conducted as part of a National Pollutant Discharge Elimination System permit renewal.

UNT 03181 to Tohickon Creek is currently designated Trout Stocking, Migratory Fishes.

Data must be received by December 2. All data submitted must include the originator's name and address. All data received will be reviewed and considered in the Department's evaluation.
