The meeting will be held in Hearing Room 1, Commonwealth Keystone Building, Second Floor, 400 North Street, Harrisburg.

The working group and directed questions for stakeholders were established by an Oct. 3, 2019, Joint Motion by the Commission, and all stakeholders were invited to file comments in response to directed questions attached to the PUC’s initial Secretarial Letter concerning Act 120.

Interested parties may review filed comments and other public documents related to Act 120, which are available on the PUC website docket for this matter: M-2019-3013286.

Stakeholders planning to attend the meeting are still asked to RSVP by Dec. 12, 2019 to the following email address: pc-act120implementation@pagov.onmicrosoft.com.
