Regulations -----------------------

No new regulations were published this week.  Pennsylvania Bulletin - December 28, 2019

Technical Guidance -------------------

The Department of Agriculture published notice in the December 28 PA Bulletin extending the temporary order designating Chronic Wasting Disease, Equine Herpes and other animal-related diseases as dangerous transmissible diseases.

The Department of Environmental Protection published notice in the December 28 PA Bulletin of proposed Technical Guidance for PA Historical and Museum Commission and DEP Coordination during permit application reviews (DEP ID: 012-0700-001).  Comments are due on this proposal by January 27.  A copy will be posed on DEP’s eComment webpage.

Permits ------------

PennVEST and DEP published notice in the December 28 PA Bulletin of environmental assessment reports on a water infrastructure project to be considered for funding in Delaware County.

Note: The Department of Environmental Protection published 36 pages of public notices related to proposed and final permit and approval/ disapproval actions in the December 28 PA Bulletin - pages 7593 to 7629.
