PA American Water is now accepting applications for its 2020 Environmental Grant Program.  Applications are due March 31.

“American Water’s commitment to providing our customers with clean, safe, reliable water service also means that we share a commitment to protecting our environment,” said Cheryl Norton, chief environmental officer for American Water. “Everyone is responsible for protecting our nation’s water supply, and this program is one way we can help communities play an active role in this important effort.”

The Program offers funding for innovative, community-based environmental projects that improve, restore or protect the watersheds, surface water and groundwater supplies in communities served by PA American Water.

To date, PA American Water has donated more than $490,000 to fund more than 100 projects to protect and improve the environment across the Commonwealth.
