DEP Sets Hearings [If Needed] On RACT II Air Quality Plans For Facilities In Butler County, Philadelphia

The Department of Environmental Protection and Philadelphia Air Management Services will hold hearings [if needed] on RACT II Air Quality Plans for facilities in Butler County and Philadelphia.

Butler County

The Department of Environmental Protection will hold a March 2 hearing [if needed] on the  RACT II Air Quality Plan for the Kawneer Commercial Windows, LLC facility in Cranberry Township, Butler County. (Jan. 25 PA Bulletin, page 596)

The hearing will be held at the DEP Northwest Regional Office, 230 Chestnut Street in Meadville starting at 10:00.

Philadelphia

Philadelphia Air Management Services will hold a March 5 hearing [if needed] on the RACT II Air Quality Plan for the Newman and Company, Inc. facility in Philadelphia.  (Jan. 25 PA Bulletin, page 595)

The hearing will be  held at the Spelman Building, 321 University Avenue, 1st Floor Conference Room, Philadelphia starting at 6:30 p.m.
