Bills On Governor's Desk

The following bills were given final approval by the Senate and House and are now on the Governor's desk for action-- Natural Gas Use Subsidy: House Bill 1100 (Kaufer-R-Luzerne)-- which would provide unlimited taxpayer-funded subsidies of natural gas use in manufacturing through a new tax credit. The Senate has not yet signed this bill so it can move to the Governor for action. Gov. Wolf has indicated he will veto this legislation. Click Here for more. |
