Technical Guidance -------------------

The Department of Environmental Protection published notice in the February 22 PA Bulletin of final Radiation Protection Compliance and Enforcement Guidance (DEP ID: 290-4100-001). Questions can be directed to Kristina Hoffman at krihoffman@pa.gov or 717-787-2480.

DEP published notice in the February 22 PA Bulletin of rates to be used for calculating long-term operation and maintenance cost bonds for water supply replacement for coal and noncoal mining.

The Executive Board published notice in the February 22 PA Bulletin of a reorganization of the Department of Environmental Protection.

Permits ------------

The Fish and Boat Commission published notices in the February 22 PA Bulletin of proposed additions and revisions to the list of Wild Trout Streams and proposed changes to the list of Class A Wild Trout Waters for public comment.

The Fish and Boat Commission published notices in the February 22 PA Bulletin of additions to the List of Class A Wild Trout Waters, list of additions and revisions and removals from list of Wild Trout Streams.

The Susquehanna River Basin Commission published notice in the February 22 PA Bulletin of water project registrations under Grandfather Registration policy.
