On July 22, the Lancaster Clean Water Partners provided an update on its initiatives to implement the county's Clean Water Action Plan, including buffer installations, locating sites for conservation practices and monitoring local water quality.

Since January, the Partners  has strengthened its Common Agenda to reflect current priorities and initiatives, including a commitment to diversity, inclusion, equity, and justice.

Work on Lancaster’s Countywide Action Plan (CAP) is moving forward with projects having gone in the ground first thing this summer!

The team is setting up systems and data collection to ensure all our work gets counted towards reduction goals.

While the CAP Coordinator team creates a monthly report (available online) to share progress, our Action Teams are working on an overall update to the priority initiatives and best management practices outlined in the CAP.

The Partners thanked the Campbell Foundation for continued funding for the Partners to serve as the backbone organization for the collective clean water work across the county.
