On October 29, the Department of Conservation and Natural Resources issued its sixth weekly Fall Foliage Report for October 29 to November 4 which shows fall colors moving south across Pennsylvania.

The arrival of the remnants of Hurricane Zeta will likely bring the season to a rapid halt.

This week’s report will be the final installment for the year, ending reporting on what has been an exceptionally vivid fall foliage season in Penn’s Woods.

The report includes specific reports from DCNR foresters in regions across the state.  New reports will be issued every Thursday.

Visitors can get suggestions about the best spots to view fall foliage on the Penn’s Woods Fall Foliage story map and on the Pennsylvania Tourism Office website.
