     -- Runner-up: Berks County - Tulpehocken Creek

     -- Runner-up: Bradford County - Wood Chip Barnyard

-- PSA/Homeowner Category: Crawford  County - How Big Is An Acre?

     -- Runner-up: Elk County - Earth Day

     -- Runner-up: Potter County - Beneficial Weeds

-- K-12 Educational Category: Monroe County - Virtual Tour Of Tannersville Bog

     -- Runner-up: Wayne/Pike Counties Partnership - Macroinvertebrate Exploration

     -- Runner-up: Wyoming County - Bats

-- Special Award Winner: Crawford County - What In The World Is A Wetland?
