Chester County Commissioners Host April 29 Open Space Summit

Over the past year, Chester County’s protected open spaces have provided a peaceful respite for so many people during challenging times.

The Chester County Commissioners and Planning Commission will host an April 29 virtual Open Space Summit to bring people together to celebrate the open space achievements of 2020 and hear about plans to keep the momentum going for preserving open space.

The program will include--

-- Welcome by Commissioners

-- Report on Open Space In 2020

-- Presentation on Open Space Tools website

-- Description of Municipal Outreach

-- Question/Answer Session

-- Break-out sessions on Municipal Open Space Funds, Agricultural Preservation or Conservation Tools
